By using ForexScanner, you agree to our terms of service:

• No Resale Of Service. ForexScanner is for personal use only! You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, or access to the Service.  We reserve the right to cancel your account without refund, if we discover that your account is being used by more than one person, or if your username/password has been given to another person.

• No Refunds. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED. Before buying or subscribing to our system, test drive Forexscanner first (15 Day Trial).

• Service Limitations. All contents of the Service are provided for general information purposes only. The ForexScanner software service does not constitute investment advice, an endorsement of any security, or as an offer to buy or sell any security. We do not provide personal investment advice.

• Disclaimer Of Warranties. You expressly understand and agree that:
  
  A. Your use of the Service is at you sole risk. The Service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. ForexScanners.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the foregoing.

ForexScanners.com makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely,  secure, or error-free, or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.
  
  C. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from ForexScanners.com or through or from the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated the Terms of Service.

• Limitation Of Liability. You expressly understand and agree that ForexScanners.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss or profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

• User Testimonials.  No one was compensated for their testimonial. However testimonials are not indicative of future performance or success. Unique experiences and past performances do not guarantee future results! Testimonials herein are unsolicited and are non-representative of all clients; certain accounts may have worse or better performance than that indicated.

• Indemnity . You agree to indemnify and hold ForexScanners.com, and its officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service or your connection to the Service.
